Design Requirements

If you require a specific layout you must submit it before we start your project.

To avoid extra billable charges – Content (copy/text)needs to be provided in its final form.
Failure to do so will result in additional billable charges due to the extra time it takes beyond the one set of minor revisions.

Revisions – Projects include one set of minor revisions.
Changes to the first set of designs is an acceptance to the project and hours are billable should the project be cancelled.  The initial design proposal is version 1, the second set of revisions of version 1 are billable.

Cancellation –  In the event of cancellation of this agreement, ownership of all copyrights and the original artwork shall be retained by Music in Motion Canada, and the deposit is the cancellation fee for work completed. The initial design proposal is version 1, the first set of revisions of version 1 are billable.

 Ownership of Artwork- The client owns all rights to the logo when the final bill is paid in full.

Music in Motion Canada may reproduce the design in print or on the Internet for the purpose of promoting Music in Motion Canada services.

 

Acceptance of Terms-  By agreeing to these terms is evidence of acceptance of these terms.
